Most injectors who are ready to grow find themselves choosing between two compromises: a small rented room that does not reflect the caliber of their work, or an employed position where everything they build ultimately belongs to someone else.

Gallery of Aesthetics offers a third option.

We are a luxury, medically grounded medical spa with the space, infrastructure, and clinical foundation of an established practice — and we are opening it to a provider who is already building and intends to keep building. You bring the drive, the relationships, and the reputation. We provide the environment, the operational support, the medical direction, and a team that genuinely wants to see you succeed.

This is a collaborative practice, not a booth rental with better furniture.

You are likely the right fit if you:

• Are already in motion. You have begun building your practice and have patients who follow you. You are not looking for someone to hand you a schedule.
• Are experienced. You are confident with injectables and comfortable managing your own clinical decision-making within your scope.
• Market yourself. You are social media savvy and actively willing to promote both your own practice and Gallery. Networking is something you do, not something you wait for.
• Understand productivity-based compensation. Your earnings reflect your production. When you are busy and growing, this arrangement rewards you generously.
• Value collaboration. You want colleagues to consult with, refine technique alongside, and grow with — not isolation.

Credentials: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred. We will strongly consider an experienced RN injector with an established following who requires a medical director relationship.

We believe in being direct, because it saves everyone time.

Gallery is a place for producers. This arrangement is structured for a provider who intends to stay busy and continue building, and it is not suited to someone looking to hold space without growing into it. If your preference is a salaried position with a full schedule provided to you, we respect that — it simply is not what this opportunity offers.

Most spaces available to an independent provider give you four walls and a key. Gallery gives you a functioning practice.

Clinical resources

• Ultrasound and vein finder
• A full line of dermal fillers
• Three primary neuromodulators
• Rooms equipped for hormone therapy and medical weight loss

Operational infrastructure

• A complete EMR system, ready on day one
• Front desk and receptionist support — your patients are greeted, scheduled, and cared for by a trained team
• Full point-of-sale and payment processing
• Gratuity collection system in place
• Retail commission available on product sales

The environment

• A beautifully appointed reception and retail area
• A dedicated relaxation room, well suited to IV therapy and recovery
• An elegant guest restroom and staff lounge
• On-site laundry

Growth and mentorship

• Medical direction and clinical oversight available for qualified RN injectors
• Mentorship and advanced training for motivated providers, including complication management and advanced technique
• Cross-training in hormone therapy and medical weight loss protocols — a meaningful way to deepen patient relationships and increase production

Every treatment room at Gallery is fully furnished and professionally designed as part of a single, cohesive environment. That is precisely why the space feels like an established medical practice rather than a collection of individually decorated rooms — and why you will step into a finished, elevated setting on day one with nothing to source, build out, or purchase.

This is a productivity-based arrangement. Your compensation is tied directly to what you produce, on a graduated schedule that rewards growth.

Your first 90 days are set at a flat rate above the entry tier, so you are supported while you establish yourself rather than penalized for building. From there, the graduated schedule applies.
