Gallery of Aesthetics (together with all subsidiaries and affiliates, collectively “Gallery of Aesthetics” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respect your privacy. Appointment Policy
Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. Gallery of Aesthetics reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 10 minutes late and charge the cancellation fee (see cancellation Policies of Appointment for details).
Cancellation / No Show Policy
At Gallery of Aesthetics, we have a 24-hour Cancellation / No Show Policy in place to ensure guests can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers’ time. Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within 24 hours will have the following fee automatically charged to the credit card on file:
All Injection/Medical Appointments – $50 – $100 depending on the provider
Consultations – $50 – $100 depending on the provider
Any Facial or Laser Service – $50
We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow our team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as value our team members’ time. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy.
Gratuity: is not included and should reflect the guest’s satisfaction with the treatment. Tipping, as always is based upon your discretion if you enjoyed your service.
Refund Policy
Services: We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results, including any Botox touch-ups.
Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
Gift cards: No refunds and must be used within 1 year of purchase.
Children Policy
We want to ensure a relaxing experience for everyone. We ask that you please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment.
Pet Policy
Service animals with proper documentation are welcome at Gallery of Aesthetics, all other fur babies must be left at home for the safety of all our patients.

Appointment Policy:
At Gallery of Aesthetics MED SPA we understand life happens and some things fall out of our control but arriving late to your appointment will affect your treatment time and our provider’s ability to perform their work.
Our Team will make every effort to complete your treatment within your schedule
appointment window but we do reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more
then 10 minutes late and charge the cancellation fee (see cancellation Policies of Appointment for details).
Cancellation and No Show Policy:
At Gallery of Aesthetics MED SPA, we have a 48-hour Cancellation and No Show Policy. Our goal is to ensure patients receive the best service within their appointment window and also respect the time of our providers and their other clients.
Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within 48 hours will have the following fee
automatically charged to the credit card on file: Cancelation fee – $50.
We respect our Providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those missed appointment slots. We appreciate your understanding.
Having a firm Cancelation and No Show Policy allow the Gallery of Aesthetics team to continue to provide the highest quality service for all patients.
By scheduling an appointment (in-person, by phone or online) you are agreeing to our
cancellation/no-show policy.
Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Results are quite variable from client to client.
Our Team will do their best to achieve the desired outcome that a patient is looking for but it cannot be guaranteed. If a client needs additional treatments needed to achieve desired results, the Patient is reasonable for additional fees and appointments.

No refund on Gift Certificates purchases.
Children Policy and Pet Policy
At Gallery of Aesthetics MED SPA, we love children and pets, however, we ask that you please refrain from bringing them to your appointment. This helps ensures the safety for everyone and provides a relaxing environment for all.
Only Service animals are allowed inside the premise. Any non-service animals will be asked to leave the facility.
