Jeffrey Ayers is excited to share his passion for non-surgical cosmetic services that maintain a natural yet youthful appearance. The field of aesthetics changes often and Dr. Ayers is a perpetual learner who also enjoys sharing what he learns with newer practitioners.
Dr. Ayers has practiced medicine in Utah for 26 years. While working for Intermountain Healthcare, he realized medicine would evolve, requiring professional diversity. As a result, he sought additional training and discovered medical aesthetics.
After joining the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics, he spent 12+ years as their medical director. While there, he continued developing his artistic skill for aesthetics and contributed to the professional training programs they offered.
Dr. Ayers has a bachelor’s degree in biology from Westmont College and completed his medical degree at Des Moines University. He then completed his family medicine residency at Camp Pendleton Naval Hospital and served as a staff family doctor in Sasebo, Japan as a commissioned naval officer for three years.
Dr. Ayers enjoys many of the services offered at Gallery of Aesthetics. On any given day, he would jump at the chance to have a HydraFacial®. This service mildly exfoliates the skin and infuses serums and boosters, leaving the skin feeling clean, refreshed and soft. In addition, in as little as 30 minutes he can also have a fractional laser resurfacing (MOXI) that has very little downtime. He also believes the most important step in skincare is sunscreen. A regimen of antioxidants, anti-aging products and sunscreen will correct and protect the skin moving forward.
When not working, Dr. Ayers enjoys reading, relaxing at home with his wife Julie and family, going to movies and hanging out with his dog, Murphy.
Dr. Ayers is inspired by many artists and enjoys contemporary abstract to realism. His first recollection of an artist he enjoyed as a child was Andrew Wyeth (USA), and he recalls the dog sleeping on the bed, called “Master Bedroom,” as a favorite.
He also enjoys the works of:
Didier Lourenco (Spain) for the messages to enjoy life and not to be invisible.
Danny McBride (Canada) who also had a career transition from musician to artist, painting women who are confident, poised and successful.
He hopes you will enjoy the collection of art curated for The Gallery of Aesthetics and the planned seasonal Gallery Nights that will showcase and support the works of local artists.
Dr. Ayers is eager to welcome you to the all-new Gallery of Aesthetics!

Julie Ayers is an owner and co-founder of Gallery of Aesthetics. As a long-time student of health and wellness, she has a strong desire to help others uncover their inner beauty. Julie’s unique whole-person care approach of combining skin care with emotional and spiritual well-being promotes a welcoming, comforting environment at Gallery of Aesthetics.
Within her own family, Julie has watched many suffer from skin cancer over the years and is aware of the constant need for education in this area.
Julie is an Iowa girl, but before moving to Utah, she lived in Sasebo, Japan, where Jeff Ayers served as a staff family doctor and a commissioned naval officer. This is where Julie learned the true meaning of community. On the small base, everyone needed each other and the outreach to the Japanese people was a crucial responsibility.
When Julie and Jeff returned to the US, they moved to Utah. Julie played a pivotal role in their community as she led worship and organized events and retreats, connecting people emotionally and spiritually.
Julie’s leadership skills were revealed again as she served on her local PTA, where she worked with teachers and parents to uncover substantial needs and solutions through successful fundraising. Her most treasured PTA program was “Meet the Masters,” an art training for children. This is where Julie sees her favorite works of art. She enjoys the one-of-a-kind art every child creates while discovering their unique talents.
Julie’s passion for education and homeschooling skills allowed her to help found a classical-themed charter school named Paradigm High School, which has been a leading school in South Jordan.
The foundation of who Julie is and what she values is found in the “stuff of life,” which is mainly her family. She loves planning family events, cooking and eating great food, scrolling through Pinterest and laughing over everything. Honoring others is a huge value to Julie, as well as feeding her own soul with positive self-image truth. Raising four people (Ellie, Nick, Nathan, Aiden) and enjoying a long, fruitful marriage to her husband, Jeff, have been the calling that has always been supported by her faith. Worship music has played a huge part in Julie’s growth and view of the world. It is now as a mature woman that Julie enjoys the motto: “Life is a constant exchange of Beauty and Wisdom.”

Gretchen Figge is most known for her entrepreneurial spirit. Continually working toward growth both as a professional and individual, she is excited to work with the Gallery of Aesthetics.
After a few years working in the corporate world, Gretchen started her first company in 2002, Elf Works, Inc., which specializes in helping other companies grow. After her first two years of success, she hired her husband, and they are now business partners in many ventures. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to not only start several more businesses, but become an investor in others. She has also consulted with many entrepreneurs and given them guidance in starting their own companies. Most recently she became a general contractor, which will likely lead to many more new and exciting business ventures.
Gretchen has a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Utah. She is also an ICF graduate and has graduated from the Goldman Sachs small business program, where she is still an active alumna.
When she’s not working, Gretchen is likely enjoying time with her husband and son, cooking for friends or watching sci-fi shows. As an art collector, she leans toward modern artists like Picasso, but loves Pino’s contemporary realism.
“You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, ‘I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.’ You must do the thing you think you cannot do.” ~ Eleanor Roosevelt

Kayelon is a licensed master aesthetician who has been practicing for three years. She also has an aesthetic instructor license and has assisted many people seeking to gain their own licensure in the field.
She absolutely loves working in the industry and has a passion for helping her clients become the best version of themselves. Her favorite treatments are chemical peels and microneedling.
In her spare time, you can find Kayelon outdoors enjoying all of the many things Utah has to offer, or on the football field with her husband and three boys. They are her why!
Some of Kayelon’s favorite pieces of art are those from Banksy, Van Gogh and Warhol.
